"Room from hell"

Booked for 9 days, stayed 15 minutes, so dirty, stain on the bed sheets, on bed cover a, on pillows , disgusting carpet, Horrible smell, no towels, wish I could put a 0 rating

Contacted the owner but got a response 2 days later, asking if we wanted to move in a new units, We never stayed, upset with the owner , will never get my money back, but more upset with Booking. Com for allowing a place like this to be on their site and allow a eating of 10 for it
