"Mauvaise expérience, peut-être, mauvais moment...."

La situation géographique du logement permet de réaliser beaucoup de choses à pied. La chambre était grande.

Dès l'arrivée (18h) les services techniques ont du intervenir pour réparer le moteur de clim (3 heures d'intervention), nous étions donc bloqués dans la chambre alors qu'ils avaient eu tout l'après midi pour le faire (check out 12h00).... Première soirée très bruyante avec des familles indiennes laissant galoper leurs enfants dans les couloirs, obligé d'intervenir!!! Car en dépit des caméras de vidéo surveillance, aucune action du staff de l'hôtel!!! Petit déjeuner non servi le matin, réponse de la réception : " par manque de client!!!!" Inadmissible!!!

When we arrived there's no room for us,eventhou we already book n pay in advance,then they ask us to change to other hotel where the condition are worse.
