Muy cómodo y limpio. Muy bien situado. La zona muy bonita. El apartamento muy bonito y las camas muy cómodas. Almohadas un poco bajitas para mi gusto.

Es un 3º sin ascensor con muchas escaleras bastante altas.

Access was easy, apartment was big and very clean, you have everything you need for a perfect stay

The bathroom could be a little bit renovated, but everything works well

The coffee machine wasn't working and there were no slippers to wear in the house but the location was good and clean

No coffee making facilities, bedroom blinds couldn’t be closed properly and shower was temperamental

The flat is on the top floor of a charming old building, just behind the Basilica di San Petronio. It was clean and well-heated. The online check-in process was straightforward, and we had no in-person contact with the owner. This flat is an excellent choice for anyone looking to explore Bologna's old town on foot, and we would gladly stay here again.

Although functional, the bathroom could be improved by fixing a few things and making it more appealing (e.g., the bathroom doors are sliding and do not close well). We also found the beds hard, at least for our taste. The owner recommended parking far from the flat; if you are coming by car, check Google Maps for closer parking.

Location is great.

Way of entering property only via phone is nice when you have signal on the phone. Our cells were out of signal each time we near apartment and can not do anything to enter the building. First i catch some free wifi than open the door, its anoying.
