Lovely, very quiet cul-de-sac. Lovely house with comfy beds and well equipped kitchen and parking on the driveway.

The house was a great size and a lovely garden for the dogs. The beds were very comfortable and plenty of seating in the lounge. The kitchen extension was a great use of space.

Love the peaceful area and beautiful house. Very comfortable beds and loved the dog friendly area in the kitchen with bowls and mat.

Nothing to not like, steps into garden too steep for my mum but not an issue. Could do with a bath mat for the shower as a bit slippy but no accidents 😊

Lovely house, ideal for our stay. Beautiful kitchen and dining area, lots of space and light. Our daughter particularly enjoyed the attic bedroom space, apart from a squeaky bathroom floor. Hosts very responsive to any questions raised.

Some minor points raised with our hosts, but nothing that detracted from our stay.

The location of Acer View is great - right by Roundhay Park so we were able to pop over there and enjoy a sunny walk and coffee in the cafe. The accommodation itself was roomy and comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. The hosts were also very responsive and helpful. This is a real find in Leeds.
