GBA beautiful villa set on a lovely quiet road overlooking rice fields. The interior design and architecture is outstanding! Rooms are huge and there's a separate toilet and shower! Smart Tv in the room...we thoroughly (and sadly!) enjoyed catching up on some Netflix! The guys can help you arrange a bike, or Pick Me works well, as does Uber Eats if you're lazy like us and want an afternoon snack! The guys here are all very hardworking and friendly, but especially Pawan. If hes not physically there, he can be contacted on Whatsapp. We fancied a beer with dinner and one of the guys drove into Galle to pick some up for us! I highly recommended this hotel and thought it was exceptional value for money!

Very disappointed with our stay, this was the last place we stayed in Sri Lanka and one of the more expensive hotels yet the hospitality and service was by far the worst we experienced. Not once did they offer to book Tuktuks or taxis for us to get into Galle or to the airport (every other accommodation we stayed at offered help with this and ensured we were able to get around easily). Everything seemed too much of an effort for them. The food we ordered for dinner was different to what it said on the menu and we were therefore unable to eat, and instead of apologising and offering something else, they insisted that there was nothing wrong with it and my girlfriend went to bed hungry. We were also told we could pay on card but the card machine wasnโt working which caused a huge issue. Lastly we received a rude phone call from the owner regarding the issue with the card machine and the food which was incredibly unprofessional and he wasnโt even present. The staff at the Quale didnโt seem to know what they were doing or how to run a hotel properly. The hotel and room itself might have looked nice but thatโs about it. If you value decent service, avoid!

DEWe were warmly welcomed with refreshing fresh juice. The room and bathroom were spotless and well-maintained, reflecting the overall care put into the hotel. The staff was incredibly kind and attentive, making our stay truly enjoyable. Breakfast was both delicious and generous, while the Sri Lankan dishes served at dinner were exceptionally tasty. We absolutely loved our stay!
INThe staff were accommodative. They have a lovely pool overseeing the paddy field where you can see and hear peacock.
