Location was a big plus , rooms were very comfy. Property was great. Evelyn is always smiling and very helpful and she’s one of the main reasons we decided to return to the property for another short stay and we hope to keep doing so in the future.

As returning guest we didn’t quite need much , however We were asking for help in arranging a transportation for the following morning upon checking out to another facility where we had a doctors appointment and the younger looking guy at the front desk gave his suggestion to walk out the street in the morning a wave to any taxi and stated the price is high if we book through the Hotel.There is nothing wrong in giving a suggestion but oftentimes the way you express yourself makes big differences in the way your customers feel. We never even got a quotation or price it felt a bit condescending as is we couldn’t afford it since we’re not American Travelers. That was a bit sad. We were looking to secure transportation as we didn’t want to run the risk of reaching late not really caring much for the price since it would feel more safe to use Hotel contacts and trusted sources in a foreign country rather than just roaming around at 6am trying to find a random taxi. We did received a message earlier from another employee advising it is possible to book transportation for us hence the reason we asked upon check in at around 4pm , while at the front desk we were just dismissed. At the end we got help from from locals in securing transportation for the following morning. I think that transportation should be either available to any guest regardless of cultures and nationalities or just don’t even mention transportation at all. Other than that very small observation everything else was wonderful and we do thank him for his useful info and everyone on-site as well for their hard work to keep the property functioning.

Le personnel est adorable et prêt à nous aider. La possibilité de checking tardif est un plus, bien qu’un peu cher (500 pesos). L’emplacement est pratique et la piscine est agréable.

On avait une chambre avec deux lits « doubles » mais c’est plus des grands lits une place à mon sens … l’un était plutôt confortable mais l’autre était affreusement inconfortable…

Muy buen trato, camas muy confortables y tranquilo por la noche. Bonita jardinería - nos acomodamos muy bien.

Room was very spacious and came with a classic fridge. Good to store water or perishables. Complimentary water. Multiple bars of soap (not just 1) Friendly staff. Location not too far from stelling. (10 mins walk)

No elevator so be prepared to fetch your suitcase up stairs.
