Old Town Apartment

Modern furniture, exceptional location at the heart of the old town.

Cockroaches, very bad building outside (flat is modern), found a mouse outside the building, very dirty staircases, broken lift - had to take the stairs every single day up to the 6th floor!! Very exhausting

The appartment was clean and in a central location.

Checking in was super easy and the communication with the host was great! The location of the apartment is something I would mention at both sections: for the positive side, everything was accessable just within a couple of minutes. Restaurants, cafés, supermarkets and any other neccesities are all just a few minutes away. Transportation options are great as well! The apartment is located on the top floor, which is great in terms of light and air circulation. The rooms are comfortably large enough, and the balcony has a decent size as well. Bathroom has a lot of storage space, and the water pressure was always great!

Unfortunately there are a few things, that were disappointing The location was not so great druing the evening as the nearby bars had way too loud music playing, even when everything was closed. Therefore the nights were very noisy and falling asleep was not so easy here. The kitchen had no cutlery, just plastic knives and forks, unfortunately there were no spoons. I also saw some bug in the kitchen, but I could not make a photo of it as it was too fast. However, due to these I barely used the kitchen.

the flat was clean and comfortable and spacious. easy to find and in a good location, close to the old town historic sights. I liked that ot is close to stavreopolos church, which is one of my favourite places

unfortunately the only drawback is that it's close to all the bars and nightclubs, which is fine if that's your thing, but I personally just LOVE sleeping at night! bring earplugs!

Location is perfect to explore both attractions and nightlife. The owner made an effort to bring the apartment to a very good condition compared to the age of the building and has very good communication, addressing any issues coming up.

Lift broke twice (and was fixed) and wasn't working for 3 out of the 6 days I stayed. (apt on the 6th floor) The building seems abandoned and dirty (but not the apartment). A bad smell of mold from the nearby abandoned apartments.
