"Good view apartment for living with nice balcone"

Close to the center, balcony, nice view on old Tbilisi. Apartment has everything that u need for stay - washing machine, iron, hair drier, plates etc. Comfortable mattress. Bec apartment is on the hill it's more chilly than down - good for summer.

Not so important, just FYI. If u have luggage keep in mind that to get in apartment u need to go by stairs. Some neighbours are living around and u can hear them. A bit smell of wetness in the apartment. But I could say pluses covers this minuses.
