Great sized room, and huge bed! Loved Gion and this place was nice and close for the park

Hated that the smoking area is in the entrance of the hotel, having to walk through smoke on arrival is terrible, it should be moved. There was a roof top but the lift area on that floor was cluttered with boxes etc and it just felt a bit uninviting, this could be improved. The bathroom was tiny with low ceiling, felt like you were on a boat
