Clean place, easy to find parking, accessible, it has all the amenities/ necessities.

The internet was super slow and most of the time not working at all even though the internet signal was full. This made our stay very difficult because the reception (data signal) in the house was very low almost not existent so we had to use the WiFi. In general there is no internet inside . Also the bathroom is very very small and the water needs too long to become hot for the shower.

I stayed in the apartment for 2 nights with my wife. It was clean. I did not see the owner, but it is commendable that he made an effort to arrange the apartment. However, the arrangement is not enough for a stay, the apartment is not for people with a standard height or taller people, so look at the details in the "cons" description.

The apartment is on the ground floor. The interior useful space of the apartment is very small, about 23m2, the rest is the terrace. The sleeping mattress is smaller than the standard one. Measures are 150cmx185cm. I'm 178cm and I couldn't sleep straight normally. The noise in the apartment is also high from the neighbors above, where (probably children) run around the apartment, and the street is close, so every car, motorbike, passer-by can be heard. In addition, on wednesday is the steeet market day right in front of the apartment windows, so the exhibitors started early in the morning, around 04.30 to set up stalls, bang and make noise for preparation for market. The bathroom is extremely small. The shower cabin is 60x70cm, which can be seen in the pictures in relation to the washing machine. I have never seen a smaller sink in my life. Maneuvering in the bathroom demands real art. The water heater does not have an ignition switch, but has to be ignited via a fuse, so we had to investigate it ourselves. And of course the water heater was waiting for us turned off. The bathroom feels musty, given that there is a very small window for ventilation.

Είναι ένα πολύ γλυκό διαμέρισμα με πλήρη εξοπλισμό. Επίσης είναι και πολύ καθαρό. Θα το ξαναεπέλεγα, αν πήγαινα στον Βόλο.

Δεν έχω να πω κάτι αρνητικό.
