Blu House

Lovely apartment. Great host who met us on arrival. Excellent communication throughout. Four of us in the flat. We had lots and lots of space. Easy reach of everywhere in Monopoli.

Quiet area. Monopoli is nice town and so small that everything is close. This appertment is really big and a bit cold. It is out of sun, so its good for summer, but it is chilly for winter and spring. There is aircondition/heater in 2 bedrooms, but no heating for kitchen or toilet or long long corridors. Central heating was not on, and its usually quite marginal in Italy. Lucky we had quite nice October and went out to get warm.

I wouldnt want to be in this apartment during winter or spring. Its cold and has poorly sealed old windows and doors. It has got good points because of friendly owners. Appertment is really not so good. Building is not inviting and its located next to old industrial area. There is warm water, but it just takes long time before it comes to toilet. I washed a T-shirt with cold water, as it took longer time to get it warm. There is no washing machine. Lot of stairs to get to appartment. Its top floor. No elevator. Big rooms but not any comfortable chair to sit.

The apartment is in a great, convenient location that is within walking distance to everything you need. It's spacious, has a fully equipped kitchen, balcony, and a nice bathroom. Francesca and Maurizio were incredibly kind and helpful.

Great location near the old town and the railway station as well. Convenient, clean, well equipped apartment with an extremely nice and helpful landlady.

I couldn’t mention anything which I didn’t like.

Large spacious apartment. Good beds, clean. Bottle of wine, water and 2 beers left for us which was very nice. Lots of free parking. Just outside old Town. Quiet

Sea view was not really a sea view, you can see the sea in the distance over a derelict waste ground No sitting room, only bedrooms and kitchen. Would have appreciated kitchen condiments and toiletries.

Apartament is big and spacious, location is okay- close to the old city and main station in Monopoli. The owner Francesca is nice and helpful person, there was a nice surprise waiting for us :) thank you.
