Liams Cottage between Doolin and Lisdoonvarna

Up there as one of the best accommodation places we have stayed on our 5 week trip around Ireland. A couple of minutes down the road from Doolin and the Cliffs of Moher. The place was immaculate on arrival and Liam met us to guide us through the use of some appliances as well as some helpful advice on sign seeing. Plenty of electric hot water, well equipped kitchen and modern bathroom. Nice and quiet rural setting - even the regular traffic didn’t really register with us as it went past. Plenty of heating and electric blankets on beds. Definitely stay here if visiting Doolin.

This is a very comfortable cottage, very large with several facilities. The owner was very kind. It is situated very close to several attractions.

It was a self contained cottage about 10 minutes out of Doolin by car which meant it was quiet with good country views. Being out of Doolin meant it was more affordable. It had all of the facilities you could want and was on one level. Their was car parking at the property.

Perfect home from home. So close to everything

Honestly... a clothes line would have be useful to take advantage of the good weather!! Had a drying rack ( clothes horse) but it would blow over in the wind...

Beautiful location, also conveniently close to Doolin, Lisdoonvarna, Cliffs of Moher, but very quiet. Very spacious and charming cottage, good facilities like a well stocked kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a bath.

Shower not very strong, some things in the house could be more modern but overall quite good, staying in cottages is expensive (not just this one)

The property was a fully fitted 3 bed detached house. Absolutely fabulously appointed in a traditional manner. Very clean and well kept throughout.

The only thing that didn’t work well was one of the beds. I contacted the landlord and he took my feedback on board.
