The narrow staircase up to the room, we were told about the Staircase when we booked so not really a complaint

Look forward to staying again when the renovations are complete. Owners friendly and nice.

Bathroom however I knew what I was purchasing before I booked and I know the owners are updating areas of the property.

Location was amazing, closer to everything than we expected. The host was lovely and kept up with constant communication, made the stay so easy! Was a lovely few days!

Location was good - easy to walk to local amenities and to go for longer walks from the property . Hosts offered help and offer guidance on local amenities where needed and in addition offered the option to join them to wildlife watch from a place where they volunteered- a lovely touch.

The restrictions on what foodstuffs could not be brought to the property were tricky to manage as we spent more time at the property than anticipated due to the rain. Communal area really not that - more a passageway through to rooms We has expected better outside facilities i.e. sitting areas could do with a little tlc. We didn't mind carrying luggage (and were able) from where we had parked but worth being be aware for some people it would be difficult not to being able to park outside to unload . Best to check on local amenities before visiting - we expected more facilities to be open in Wells itself as Easter fortnight is usually when everywhere is open. Many cafes / restaurants offered restricted service or weren't open at all.

Very clean .the lady was very helpful. Right in centre of Well.plus the weather was lovely
