All Inn Apartments

The room was lovely and beds were very comfortable It was very quiet, didnt hear any traffic even though its on a main road and no noise from the pub next door. The staff were very helpful when i had a keypad issue and got someone to help me.. then moved me to another room in a different block

The fact that I was transferred to a room on the top floor as I have a mobility disability and use a stick - but that was the only room left so I do understand

Noisy carpark, difficult to sleep in lounge

Mayress and pillows past their sell by date ,matress saggy in the middle & pillows flat. We were in the eves of the apartment and shopping roof made it difficult to access one side of the bed without having to crabwalk bent over.

Comfy bed, clean apartment, good communication, nice and warm and everything to hand

Missing key for front door. Didn't realise until we couldn't get in. (Need 3 keys). Neighbours in flat let us in and got key following day. WiFi network didn't work Didn't recognise the network .
