The views were amazing from the balcony.

The sofa bed was broken, the surface of the bed was flaking off and the sleeping/ sitting part of it was broken. My back was hurting to sleep there during the night. When we complaint to the owners they didn't care and said cannot do anything. Then we contacted booking.com but only thing the owner did after it was putting new sofa cover instead of bringing new sofa. Also there were no appliances that were described and shown in pictures; no washing machine, no iron + ironing board, no kettle to boil water, frying pan was so scratched that you could see the metal under the coating. The shower head was broken so half of water only came out of it. The flat was very run down an owner's didn't seem to care to update it, just wanted to cash in. Pictures of sofa attached.
