Amazing location in central Bournemouth. Property was clean and airy. Refurbished to an average to good standard. Bedding and towels were clean and fresh smelling. The front room has an enormous flat screen smart TV. Master bedroom is huge. Loved the coffee, tea and cookies in the kitchen. It is next to The Goat and Tricycle, a CAMRA award winning pub with 11 handpulls.

Noisy. Constant traffic noise and people shouting until 11.30pm weekdays and weekends. Low water pressure. The top floor shower was just a dribble despite cleaning the shower head. Top bedroom is small. The double bed stretches form one wall to the other. Property details recommend overpriced chavvy pubs like Slug and Lettuce, not the award winning The Goat and Tricycle next door.

Excellent location, walkable into town and to the beach. Excellent communication from the hosts.

Very little not to like. Any issues we had were resolved quickly.

Warm and cosy. Very spacious. Excellent host, super friendly and helpful.

Was quite noisy with street noise but very central so a trade off!

Great location for beach & centre of town.

En suite bathroom toilet flush button broken so it was difficult to flush. This didn’t spoil our experience of a very lovely stay.

The Space in the property was excellent; 4 of us and felt we had room to move about easily.

Only grumble; the lack of parking outside property and had to use paid parking and free parking further down the road.
