"Beautiful in every way. 5⭐"

The owner, Sarah was very nice and welcoming to her property. Everything was spot on, the jewel in the crown is the summerhouse next to the pond. We will certainly spread the word to family and friends to book this if around the area. Amazing break for us. Thanks Sarah.

"A lovely retreat."

The property was easy to find and access. Only a 10 minute walk from the village centre and pub. The cottage was well equipped. The outdoor space was lovely. The private meadow, lake and lakeside cabin were a real bonus. A lovely place to spend the weekend with our dogs.

"Perfect for an extended family stay in the country"

The location is great for visiting beaches (go to Widemouth) and local villages/towns. All the cottages are fully equipped with everything you could need, new appliances and kitchenware. You could move in! The gardens are beautiful, Sarah the host was wonderful and there’s a pub 15 minutes walk away.

"Most relaxing holiday ever."

Sarah is an amazing host, super friendly and lovely person, the villa was exceptionally clean, beautifully renovated and decorated, in perfect rural location , great for relaxing, chilling stay. A hidden lake cabin was our favourite thing with breathtaking views, fishing equipment and comfy hammocks. We can't wait to come back in the summer ♥️❤️

"Absolutely perfect"

The cottage was perfect for our overnight stay, it was cosy and so comfortable plus had everything we needed. We were so lucky to meet the host Sarah who is absolutely lovely and full of knowledge of the area we stayed in. The local pub is a must, and the countryside walks are spectacular. Definitely worth a stay at these cottages.

We stayed in Nutach Cottage and it was perfect. It had a very 'The Holiday' vibe to it, especially in the cold cosy winter. Sarah allowed me to propose to my partner at her lakehouse (part of the property) and it was wonderful. The setting was stunning, the accomodation was warm and comfy, the local eateries were all written out and Sarah was a wonderful host. Thank you so much for giving us the perfect weekend.
