No wifi - no tv available to watch - very small - not as advertised really I have edited this and added pictures - as the response from the owner was not very nice - above is what i originally put. This is an annex at the back of a house where the owner i assume lives - hence the very small comment. We messaged straight away regarding the wifi as we could not get the tv to work - we received a message the next day saying it had broken on the Friday we were coming and a technician was coming next Thursday - we have looked back at older reviews since and it seems like its a matter that needs addressing. As we were leaving a lady came from the main house - my partner told her of the shower and that it hadn't gone down overnight and that the toilet seat was wobbly. I had got in the shower first and starting running it and it was draining very slow - i had a 2 minute shower - no hair washed - and told my partner to come and have a quick shower as the water wasn't draining properly - it was still the same when we came back from our night out and still hadn't gone down at all by the morning - even if i had washed my shortish hair it would not have caused that. Yes there was a vodka bottle and coke bottles and a pringles tin and.... a takeaway pizza box left in the bin as we were on a weekend away - i won't take my rubbish home and you also charge a separate cleaning fee. The kitchen sink had no drainer which made it difficult washing up - it was left with a glass on the side. I have used booking.com for years and have always given honest reviews - the pictures are angled to make it look bigger and the description doesn't say its an annex.

Peace n quiet at rear of property. Adequate for a 1 or 2 night stay

This is not a 1 bedroom house as described.Its a very small 1bed flat within a semi detached house. Some tlc needed in areas. Badly fitting side gate, fiddly back door mortise lock, damp on bedroom wall. Kerb appeal to side of property was not good, although rear garden was great.
