I had an unexpected layover in Tbilisi and arrived at the hotel in a very difficult situation — without any cash, and my cards were not working. What could have been a stressful experience turned into a genuinely heartwarming one thanks to the hotel owner. The owner went above and beyond to help me: he kindly accepted a bank transfer and provided me with cash, which was an absolute lifesaver at that moment. This level of trust, flexibility, and human support is something you rarely encounter — it made a huge difference for me. Beyond that, the hotel itself is excellent. Everything is clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged. The atmosphere is welcoming, and you immediately feel at ease. The location is simply perfect — right in the heart of everything. Great restaurants, beautiful streets, and key attractions are all within walking distance. It’s incredibly convenient and makes your stay in Tbilisi even more enjoyable. I’m truly grateful for the kindness and professionalism I experienced here. Highly recommended — not just for the comfort and location, but for the exceptional people behind it.

Mr. Temo was very helpful. Whenever we had a problem, he tried to resolve it immediately. The location is also good—it’s about a half-hour walk to the Freedom Square, but we had no trouble at all.

I was extremely shocked to see large black insects crawling in the room. This is completely unacceptable. How can anyone sleep peacefully in such conditions? What if these insects start crawling on guests while they are sleeping? This is a serious hygiene issue and a clear injustice to customers. Cleanliness is the most basic responsibility of any hotel. The management must take immediate action to fix this problem.

The location was good. It was a normal experience but next time I prefer another place.

They took a photo of my passport. Wi-fi connection was bad. They want cash.
