The hotel is in great location, and the room size is amazing.

The hotel pictures and description showed the room as equipped with a tea/coffee maker, mugs, a bedside lamp and a luggage rack. None of this was provided in the room (also, there were shampoo bottles provided, but not soap). When we asked the manager about a electric kettle or at least boiling water to make tea, he told us it is not possible. If not provided, then it should not be listed on the site.

Comfortable and clean place in the center of Tibilisi.

The location is great! Everything is within walking distance, basically the historic center. You really can’t ask for better. The bed was comfortable, the sheets were clean and fresh. They also provide disposable slippers and shower gels. The hotel itself is in an old building with a very atmospheric interior, which we really enjoyed.

The room didn’t match the description or the photos. And this is the main complaint! The only real “amenity” was the bed. I don’t count a tiny fridge in the corner and an old small TV stuck to the wall as actual conveniences. There was also a huge full-height old mirror just leaning against the wall. Why is it even there? And why not secure it properly? In that position it feels unsafe at the very least. There was no other furniture at all. Luckily we were only passing through Tbilisi and didn’t have much luggage. Otherwise, it’s completely unclear where you’re supposed to store or organize your things. Come on, guys! Tbilisi has thrift shops and second-hand markets everywhere. Would it really be that hard to buy a basic table and a chair? It would already make a huge difference. In the bathroom, there’s no shower curtain or any splash protection just a piece of glass on the side. So you have to shower very carefully or you’ll spray water everywhere. There’s also practically no staff on site: you need to call them and arrange a meeting each time. Considering everything, the price feels noticeably too high for what you actually get.
