Large Pool With Jacuzzi, Near The Disney Attractions!!

I like how close to Disney it was for us instead of having to travel 2 hours. The home was nice and beautiful and the perfect fit for my family

When we got there the pool was ice cold even though I paid for pool heating and upon talking to them it still took 2 days for it to get warm and the jacuzzi wasn’t even warming up so we could sit in it because while it was running cold water was being pushed out the whole time

Location and size of the property

Broken window locks, chair, blind, stains on carpet, and kitchen range didn't work. Wifi didn't work, kids couldn't do homework and we couldn't watch tv. Worst of all, there were cockroaches in the property. Multiple roaches were seen. We had a baby with us, it was unsanitary to have her there, plus we didn't want to bring roaches to our home in the luggage.

1. There was 1 television remote for all the t.v.s 2. But the worst thing was I paid for pool heat up front. nobody came day one to turn it on. Day 2 they turned on the pumps. Day 3 no heat. Day 4 they finally reached out to me and told me they knew the heater didn't work. But.... they were comfortable taking my money knowing this and not reaching out to me to let me know. day 5 I asked for a refund and asked them to refund me because I paid for a house with a jacuzzi and a pool with heat and didn't get what I paid for , so I asked to be compensated for a price difference we paid, 1585 for a house with pool and jacuzzi and houses with no pool or jacuzzi (which we could have rented to save money) were going for $750 .all we asked for was consideration for some sort of compensation and to date no contact from them. Getting ready to file a small claims case against the rental co. Who represented them ....very unsatisfied and almost ruined our vacation.
