Mamora Ubud Villas

On n’a séjourné ma sœur et moi au Mamora Ubud Villa lors de mon voyage à Bali et globalement, on a passé un très bon moment. Le service est irréprochable : le personnel est attentionné, professionnel et toujours disponible. L’endroit est très calme, ce qui permet un vrai moment de détente, loin de l’agitation. La chambre était spacieuse, propre et bien aménagée — un vrai plus pour le confort.

Cependant, quelques points pourraient être améliorés. Le réseau Wi-Fi n’était pas très fiable pendant mon séjour, ce qui peut être embêtant si vous devez rester connecté. J’ai également utilisé leur service de laverie proposée par l’hôtel , mais malheureusement, un de mes pantalons m’a été rendu avec des taches, ce qui a été une déception. Enfin, un petit bémol : il serait appréciable que l’établissement trouve une solution contre les moustiques. Le balcon était très agréable, mais difficile à utiliser à cause de leur présence.

The cleanliness of the room is impressive—everything is spotless, which I really appreciate. The bathroom is a standout for me—modern, with a spacious shower that has great water pressure and consistently hot water, which isn’t always a given in Bali. The hotel has a cute boutique design, which I enjoy, and I’ve found the staff to be exceptional—they're genuinely friendly and go out of their way to make sure you’re well taken care of. Their English is also excellent, which makes communication a breeze.

The room itself has some drawbacks—the view from my window isn’t great, overlooking some unattractive buildings and ongoing construction. Additionally, there are two roosters nearby who do their thing around 5:00 a.m., but honestly, it’s not too disruptive. There is also a slight musty smell in the room, which is fairly common in Bali, though it's not overwhelming. I do wish the lighting in both the room and bathroom was a little brighter, as I find it a bit dim, but that’s a minor issue. Location-wise, the hotel is peaceful and away from the hustle and bustle, which I appreciate, though it can take 15 minutes or more to reach the city center, depending on traffic. It’s not the most scenic area, but it’s quiet. A couple of things I found missing: there’s no hand soap or conditioner in the room, which felt a bit odd for a hotel stay. Also, the Wi-Fi isn’t great, which can be frustrating at times.

The property was located by the small road so it’s easy for drivers to pick up and drop off. Located just 5-7mins away from central Ubud, it’s very quiet with frequent noise from neighbouring units. We booked the 2 bedroom villa and pool was a good size for a soak. Bathroom was huge and water was provided daily. The villa also came with stove, microwave and a fridge, it was good to heat up food. Great 3d2n stay if you’re looking to climb Mt Batur, and explore Ubud. Highly recommend Syrco Base nearby for drinks. There is a convenient store and local warung nearby as well.

Questionable security, since the property is not gated, anybody could break into the unit itself, we felt a little unsafe. Floor was slightly dusty but staff were very helpful and quick with our requests.

The Villa was amazing, it was so clean and the bed was so comfortable. It was outside of Ubud centre so it was nice to escape the busy town and come to a peaceful area. The staff we’re so nice and helpful and we’re happy to help with any questions. The pool was a great addition to cool down in after a day exploring.
