Very clean and staff was very cordial

I was on the 4th floor and the water pressure in the sink was like a drip.

Everything, the staff, setting, comfortably and complimentary breakfast

The locations was wonderful and the room was spacious.

The breakfast options are limited. Please add breakfast options for vegetarians and no pork eaters daily.

Everything about this hotel was spot on. Size, staff, breakfast and location.

The only thing we liked was the breakfast. The choices were good.

The staff were very unfriendly. The air flow in the room was noisy. The sliding door into the bathroom was extremely heavy and it was stuck on the rug below it. We had to leave it open. The tub in the shower was so slippery that it was dangerous. We had to lay a towel on the bottom so we didn't slip.

We only had coffee and bagel for breakfast all 3 days. The coffee and bagels were fresh. The location was great.

The mattress cover did not fit our bed properly so I could not get rid of the big wrinkle by my chest. The desk chair was stained, I had to change it out. The water pressure in the sink was very low. The front desk told us they were working on it, but it never regained pressure. Our room was not cleaned the first day after we arrived. And the used coffee cups, napkins and paraphernalia from the 2 days of breakfasts were never taken away.
