Staff were lovely, location was perfect (besides the ongoing construction site next door) concierge on whatsapp was quick to reply and sort things out

Aircon in bed 2 was not good, a couple of Wifi outages, no butler / breakfast service (although that was never advertised) a lot of bugs, frogs and mozzies. Overall a bit dated.

Le logement présente de sérieux problèmes de salubrité. Les murs de la chambre sont largement touchés par la moisissure, ce qui est inacceptable et pose un réel problème de santé. À cela s’ajoute un chantier de construction immédiatement adjacent à la villa, avec des nuisances sonores continues 6 jours sur 7, de 7h30 à 18h, rendant tout repos ou travail impossible. Cette information essentielle n’est pas clairement mentionnée dans l’annonce. Malgré plusieurs signalements et échanges avec le management, aucune solution satisfaisante n’a été proposée. Les alternatives suggérées ne correspondaient ni aux équipements annoncés ni au niveau de confort attendu. Cette situation a fortement impacté mon séjour, générant fatigue, stress et inconfort. L’expérience est très loin des standards attendus pour ce type de logement.

The amazing staff and the cleanliness of the villa everyone was so kind and helped when we were sick. We also loved the dog bron that walked us back to our villa after a night out

Property is good old size and spacious.

However it is dated. Floor ceiling has lost its colour and looks dirty because of it. Door wasn’t working. Sofa cover is dated and doesn’t look clean. One room had smell of mould.
