No towels at all to dry off with in either room No elevator Noisy Staff couldn’t leave desk to bring towels after I had driven all day / night I didn’t want to have to go back out of my room down flights of stairs to look for towels for me & the rest of my family

Renovated rooms w kitchenette . That’s about it .

I normally don’t leave negative reviews, but this experience was disappointing from start to finish. I went to sleep with the AC working and woke up in the middle of the night covered in sweat because the AC unit had stopped working. The room became extremely hot and humid, with temperatures close to 80 degrees. The humidity was so bad that the floor became damp and slippery, and I actually slipped and fell because of the conditions in the room. Not only did I lose an entire night’s sleep, but I also felt unsafe in the room. When I went to the front desk to report the issue, the employee was wearing AirPods and appeared to be more focused on her phone than helping guests. Throughout the interaction, she was dismissive, acted like I was bothering her, and showed very little concern about the fact that I had spent the night in a room without functioning air conditioning. I was told there were no other rooms available and was only offered a $10 discount, which felt completely inadequate given the circumstances. After returning to my room, I contacted Booking.com to try to resolve the situation and request a refund for the first night. Booking.com called the hotel on my behalf, but I was informed that the front desk employee claimed she could not hear the representative. From my perspective, it felt like there was very little effort being made to address the issue or find a solution. I understand that maintenance problems can happen at any hotel. What disappointed me most was the lack of professionalism, concern, and customer service when I reported the problem. A broken AC unit is frustrating enough, but being treated like an inconvenience when seeking help made the situation much worse. Between the broken AC, the excessive heat and humidity, the slippery floor that caused me to fall, the lack of sleep, and the dismissive customer service, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend this property to...

"Just plain bad!"

The desk clerks were very unprofessional. Rooms were still not ready at 4pm. No towels in the rooms, had to go request them. There was old food left in the fridge in one of our rooms. And at 11pm, I had to ask to switch rooms because the suite I booked had paper thin walls and an adjoining suite door that every noise could be heard through. Toilets not bolted to the floor. One shower had an empty container bottle, the other bathroom had 2 bottles of conditioner and no shampoo. Partial refund not offered for the downgraded room or the inconvenience. Over $500 spent for 2 rooms for 2 nights. Motel 6 would have been better. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
