Это был полный ужас, везде пахнет куревом, комната вся в дырках, стены ободраны, мебель сломанная, все скрипит, постельное настолько неприятное, что хотелось спать в одежде.

The room and the bathroom were clean. The breakfast was very good with plenty of options.

It's quite far away from the city centre and although there are bus stops nearby, it takes you more than 40 minutes to get anywhere. The WiFi connection wasn't the best, it was slow, sometimes wasn't working at all. Sometimes the bathroom produced sounds and smells from the plumbing and it was truly unpleasant. The staff was incompetent. First, we gave them our laundry to wash which they said will be 2 dollars. The first time, it was indeed 2 dollars, but the clothes weren't properly cleaned. The second time, they ended up wanting twice the price with a lesser load. We had to argue with them in order to pay the amount they said beforehand. Second, they did not communicate with us when we checked out and we had to basically beg for our registration papers. Overall, don't recommend.
