El Recepcionista me devolvió la plata de inmediato por lo asqueroso que estaba el lugar

La pieza estaba asquerosa, parecia como estar durmiendo dentro de una esponja, me quede 1 hoa Me fui, me dio mucho asco quedarme, el baño no estaba echo, la persona que limpia me dijo yo solo estoy haciendo un remplazo de limpieza, pero eso no significa que tiene que hacerlo mal. El desayuno continental me dijo que consistía en café jugo pan manteca y mermelada...eso no es un desayuno continental

"Comoda y totalmente relajante"

El trato con el personal, muy amable, el desayuno de las mañanas y sobre todo tambien la ubicacion, super cerca a agencias de turismo y a la plaza para realizar actividades y tambien cerca a restaurantes.

Que nuestra reserva se interrumpio porque la habitacion se la dieron a otra persona, sin embargo el gerente del hotel supo resolverlo de una buena manera y de inmediato
