Pleasant staff, facility seemed clean

The floor in my room 402 was broke in multiple places causing myself amd my husband to trip everytime we walked in or into the bathroom. Socks got caught and snagged on broken floor. Toilet either was leaking or has a leak as the floor by the toilet was not up to par. And in the morning the police were there, making it a little disturbing so we had to leave prior to being able to grab breakfast. Most likely won't stay again.

The employee in the front desk was not nice at all basically would not let me get the room unless I gave them an extra $100 as an Incidental Hold which was never a problem before and I never got charged extra coming to this hotel and then this time I had to
