Breakfast was lovely. Staff were attentive and very helpful.

The room was so dark that we had to sleep with the lights on. Very cramped. Noise from outside the window. The main challenge was getting a good nights rest. The bed was lumpy, bed linen was bobbling and towels were also old. The duvet from the wardrobe was musty.

Staff were really friendly. In a great location, only 10 minutes to the main square but in a quiet street.

Okay so first of all a big thank you to the superb excellent super friendly staff and I list them all and apologies for any spelling mistakes! Ahmed, Aisam, Hayiba, Malika, Aicha, Ghizlane and Amin. You made our stay perfect and we felt that the Ryad was our home. The room was superb as was the great breakfast served with a smile. So much variety it was 5 star and better than any top hotel!! The location is great and right on the edge of the Medina so extremely peaceful but only a couple of minutes from the hustle and bustle of the main squares and markets. The owner Oliver you need to meet as he turns up most days with his black Labrador and is a larger than life character. To sum up if it is a great experience that you are looking for in Marrakech then this is undoubtedly the place to stay. Once again I would like to thank all the staff for their hospitality and advice during our stay.

Il personale è molto gentile, la colazione buona e abbondante.

Nulla, tutto apposto, come in descrizione. Il taxi non può arrivare davanti quindi ci ha lasciato a 7/10 minuti di distanza e ci abbiamo messo un attimino a trovarlo la prima volta. Noi avevamo solo degli zaini ma magari chi ha valigie più grandi/bambini piccoli a carico può essere un po scomodo, ma da quanto ho visto è un problema di molti hotel visto che la zona è un po’ chiusa al traffico.

Très beau riad avec toit terrasse reposant, à l abri du bruit sans vis à vis, très bien situé dans la Médina, un accueil au top et aux petits soins de tout le personnel avec de très bons conseils. Nous avons apprécié même si nous étions partis tôt en excursion d'avoir à notre retour notre petit déjeuner réservé.. Déjeuner copieux avec spécialités marocaine. Si nous devons retourner à Marrakech on réservera au même endroit. Merci Amine merci Hissam merci à toutes
