Tenuta Asmara Luxury Resort

This is a very recently renovated property. Extremely well done, very beautiful, very nice owners and staff. We felt very welcomed and would have loved to stay longer. Very spacious appartement, great cooking space (we made dinner) and amazing swimming pool. We will come back!

The location near to San Miniato is convenient. The property is very close to a major road, but once you are in the room or on the backside of the house, you do not hear much. We slept very well.

The staff are gorgeous. Especially for the lady who drive us to the station.

We stayed in the suite with the pool view for 6 days. The villa Tenuta Asmara opened about 6 weeks ago, and everything is new, modern, and designed to provide a luxurious experience for the guest. The suite is very large, spacious, bright, and clean. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances, the pool is beautiful, pleasant and large, and the breakfast in the pool-side room is delicious, elegant and generous. The location of the villa is excellent, just a short drive from Pisa, San Gimignano, Florence, and Lucca. Above all, the hospitality of the owner, Giacomo, the manager, Stefania, and the entire staff was warm and helpful. Their recommendations and the reservations they made for us at local restaurants were outstanding. We highly recommend staying at Tenuta Asmara and wish them continued growth and success. Their good intentions are evident in every detail.

The pool is amazing, one of the best we had. Great breakfast and great rooms. The property is easily accessible and close to a lot of places worth visiting in Tuscany. We also received some good recommendations for dinner close by.

We stayed here for 1 night with our 2 kids of 6 and 7 years old. The accommodation was brand new. It only opened two weeks prior to our arrival. You can tell that there are still some things that need to be done or improved but that is logical when you just open. We also expected this when we booked it. Despite that the place is beautiful and I loved the attention to detail like the beach towels in a beach bag and candy for our girls! The apartment is modern and very nicely furnished, the pool is great with comfy sun loungers and the breakfast was lovely! The staff did everything to make our stay very enjoyable and they were all very friendly. From an early check-in, to booking restaurants and giving us an aperitif while waiting for an extra bed to be made in the apartment. It's a great location when you want to visit San Miniato. It's around the corner and a cute little town. We had lunch out and cooked in the apartment. That was perfect and it had everything we needed to put a meal on the table. We had a great time here!

It would be great to have a curtain in front or blind on the apartment door if the sofa bed is used. So you have some privacy and don't wake up too early.

We were the first family who rent this Top Best Luxury Suits. We received a upgrade from the owner to beautyfull suits. All equipment is brand new an High Quality material has been used. Everything works how it should be and has the highest luxuries in the suits. Infinity swimmingpool with high quality water! The owners and personal are very friendly and kind. The give me the best service like we are the royal family who arrived. As we were the first ones, we were invited to the opening of this Villa Suits together with the prime of San Miniato and first lady. Honoree to meet them! A big big big 10.0, 5 star!

An amazing place where we found ourselves in the middle of the nature in a absolutely charming little hotel with full comfort. The staff is extremely friendly; we had a wonderful stay and enjoyed the beautiful and clean pool and the delicious breakfast. We will definitely come back!
