We booked this apartment because it was listed as having an elevator, which was essential for my elderly parents. Unfortunately, the elevator was not working when we arrived, and we weren’t informed beforehand. My parents couldn’t manage the stairs to the 4th floor, which really affected our trip. Communication with the host was also poor, which made the situation even more frustrating. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

Nice location, clean place.

Unfortunately, we have booked a parking spot and when we arrived we found out it was already booked by someone else. Communication was quite long, and I'm still waiting for a refund.
