Власники не вийшли на звʼязок. Бронювали для відпочинку з сімʼєю, приїхали в місце призначення, а ніхто не брав телефон

Власники не відповідали на дзвінки, повідомлення!!!! Ми приїхали з далекої дороги, двоє дітей малих, прийшли за адресою,але в квартиру так і не попали!!! Часів 2 намагалися зв'язатися з власниками,але не вийшло! Згодом вони написали що через технічні проблеми вони не можуть нас заселити (їх проблеми виникли вночі)..... Ганьба!!
