The location is great. Many malay restaurants and steamboat. There are groceries stores located just below the homestay. Easy to buy things for cooking. The access to the apartment is easy. Also, the house is tidy. No problem with the water heater.

The internet, parking and cockroach. The wifi speed and my Celcom were below 0.2Mbps. Cant watch netflix at all. If you are lucky, then sometimes you can watch YT. You tend to sleep early coz nothing else to do since poor internet reception. Parking is a problem too. You need to park b4 6pm or else you cant find one. Double park on a hill slope can cause accident if you dont pull your brakes. I killed more than 5 cockroaches on my 1st nite there. Bathrooms condition can be better. The board games almost none at all.
