Good home to stay...good facilities

the first room i booked was a little dirty, the bathroom has stains. Other than that, the property was fine. For the next day, I got to another room where the property is fine but no WiFi connection and no water filter as the previous room. Food was given is a plus point.

When I went to the place, the sofa has already a burn mark and unfortunately and coincidently and grandpa accidentally left his cigarette packet on the table. Thus, without knowing, the staff wanted to give penalty and conclude it eventhough i followed the rule of not smoking. I was blamed for the burn sofa instead them checking properly the property. There can be a lot of reasons for the cause but they made me feel the guilty one. If there's a piano in my house, it doesn't mean I know how to play. Right? Same concept here.
