Very good space and very clean

Accessible to important locations and transportation .

Possibly an little bigger

Small and clean with the necessaries included to prepare your own food. Maintenance was needed and they arrived promptly. WIFI and Netflix available. The property has a wave pool. I also like the onsite security. SM City mall within walking distance.

Smell of mildew in the bathroom due to mop storage. The owner only provides one roll of toilet paper.

The location and the security was great. It was good stay and well maintained. All in all it was a good stay.

No mention of costs to use the swimming pool but all good, we enjoyed the swimming

Comfortable; good host

The host was incredibly responsive. Answered all questions quickly. He even let us check in very early to our reservation since no one was staying at studio the night before! This allowed us to settle in and relax before heading to the Giant Lantern Festival (which is a short 10-15 minute walk away, clutch given the traffic that happens during the GLF). This property is ideal for those wanting to go to the GLF. He also helped us figure out the parking situation, as this was a problem potentially during the GLF. The studio was clean and had a lot of the things one needs to be comfortable. We didn't go to the pool, but it looked very nice.

I will say that we couldn't find the extra sheet for the pull out bed, but we made do with additional blankets. There were also only two towels for 4 of us. Might be slightly cramped for 4 adults. For two adults and two children, it was a cozy fit.
