Please note that when booking an apartment, service charges include electricity, gas, bed linens, towels and access to the seasonal external pool. Please note that the swimming pool cannot be accessed by children under 14 years of age. The property reserves the right to vacate the room in case of arrival after the check-in time, or to apply an additional charge, if notified in time. A cleaning service is available at an additional charge of EUR 55 per stay for the following rooms: - Standard Studio - One-Bedroom Apartment - Two-Bedroom ApartmentPlease inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
