Location was okay.

No one speaks English. Bed sheets were old and dirty (or poorly washed). We slept in the roof there was only a small window in the ceiling no view just like a cave. There was a scary dog in the entrance. A dog should be hidden if guests were expected, I'm uncomfortable with dogs.

We can’t give you any information about the stay, because we never got the option; we had to spend the night sleeping in our car with three kids at a rest stop. We arrived at 9 and had missed the information about a surcharge for late arrivals. This, in my experience, is very uncommon. Nevertheless, we tried to solve it the best we could. We don’t travel with much cash and simply asked for directions to an ATM, to pay in the morning or if we could pay by card. This is where things got weird, like mind-boggling weird. They refused to help with anything. They wouldn’t help us with directions. And they were rude and hostile with everything. I’m not talking about being direct and blunt, but more like Roseanne Barr or Gregory House minus the wit. In the end, all three kids said, I don’t feel comfortable staying here. We did try to find an ATM but everything was closed in the village, so we threw in the towel. This is not a place you want to stay at; this is not an experience you want to go through. We’ve given consistent 5-star reviews to all our stays. There’s lots of good options. This isn’t it.
