Very clean. You can see it has been renovated recently. The host kindly came and brought extra sheets when I realised my request for two beds hadn't gone through. The location is fantastic, only a few minutes away from Castello Ursino.

The sofa bed was a little uncomfortable but for a short stay it would be fine.

Beautiful and detailed interior design. Felt like we were local. Close to everything you would need in a neighbourhood- bakery, grocery, gelato and historic attractions. Great back deck for two. Lovely neighbours.

Little details- like detailed shower cleaning to avoid mold and have drain plug up. Toilet ran sometimes, new seal on moka- don’t want to clean coffee spray on vacation. There was a nice pod coffee. I just like the romance of making coffee old style. Cork screw broken by previous guests. Hard time opening wine . None of these items take away from the beauty of this unit. Just little tune ups on a Ferrari.

It is a very nice and clean location. The owner put a lot of heart (and money) into it; premium furniture and appliances. The location is in a safe, "clean" area, and quiet area of the town, but still central, 10 min away from the Ursino Castle or the fish market, pretty much the area where the "action" is. You will find decent grocery stores and restaurants nearby. We traveled using public transportation only; it was easy to get to the airport or the cities nearby (there is a big bus station near the fish market that will allow you to reach easily Syracuse or other cities or to go to the airport/beach). The kitchen had some goodies and plenty of dishes to cook. Having a washing machine was super useful. We strongly recommend the location. We didn't meet the owner but the communication and self-check-in were very smooth.

An extra set of towels would have been nice as we spent 5 nights ... but not major inconvenience.

A very sparkling clean apartment! Private,quiet and very cosy ! Large TV in the living room ,another one in the bedroom. Fast WiFi . Washing machine. Even balcony area is very well organised. Inner courtyard. Residential area . The owner let me check-in earlier and helped with the suitcase 🙏 Safe for the solo traveler or female. 4 minutes to via Garibaldi and 7 minutes to via Etnea .

No complaints ! It’s very clean & neat . You will have a feeling like you are visiting your grandma house in summer . RECOMMENDED !
