Mali prostor vrlo čist i dobro opremljen svim stvarima i el.aparatima neophodnim za čak višednevni boravak.Prijatan leti jer nije pretoplo ( nisko prizemlje ) i klima gotovo da nije potrebna.Lokacija zanimljiva, što smo otkrili drugog dana . Lep i uredjen i miran deo grada, uredjeno malo dvorište-terasa i lep pogled sa visine na Solun. Dobar wi-fi signal. Susedi nečujni. Vlasnik savršeno organizovan i očigledno sa iskustvom u rentiranju, čeka vas dobrodošlica počev od pića , kafe, čaja , meda, nes kafe , mleka , slatkiša itd. Gost se oseća lepo uz takav doček. Dopalo nam se gotovo sve.Preporuka

Apartman je dosta udaljen od centra grada i ne preporučujem pešačenje naročito ne za starije.Vrlo strma i relativno uska ulica i traži dobrog vozača za parkiranje . Plastične stolice u trpezariji lepo dizajnirane ali hladne zbog plastike , nedostaju jastuci za udobnije i toplije sedenje.Isto i na terasi -dvorištu , jastuci bi pomogli da stolice budu udobnije za upotrebu .

WIFI almost absent, very weak, and low speed

The studio apartment is very nice and cosy, with all necessities, check in is possible at any hour, which is convenient, and the location is in the small streets near the in the old town, not in a touristy location, so you feel more immersed in a normal neighbourhood. Basic shops are within walking distance and the bus nearby brings you to the city main attractions easily. Very clean, and the coffee tray has capsules, cookies and tsipouro! Very nice touch! Very nice for such a cheap place! We loved it PS the outside patio is pretty, but there isn't much real "privacy" as it's on the ground floor, so visible from the street (not a problem for us) and populated by the neighbourhood cats, as shown in the picture!

The only drawback is it's located up a small road with a significant incline. It's a cul-de-sac, so if you have trouble parking it's not a big deal, but it can be bothersome if you have a larger car or are not comfortable with small parking spaces. There are options for parking in the vicinity, but bear it in mind just in case.

Nice, cozy place, not luxurious but comfy and super clean.

Nothing to complain about, but stairs 🫣😉. The apartment is in an authentic part of the city next to the city wall and old town, but almost at the top of it, so if you decide to go downtown sightseeing which is walkable within 10-15 min easy walk, downhill, be ready that downhill becomes uphill on the way back 🫣😉.
