Amazing views. Lovely rooms, super friendly staff and nice breakfast

A bit of a walk to get into old town of Perugia, but upside is you can park and drive to other places on the area. Just beware - our GPS took us through a ZTL zone before I realized it

The view from the room was breathtaking . The rooms where really well thought out and very comfortable. the bed where the best on our vacation . the staff was very warm and welcoming . This was our favorite stay of our trip /

the only thing I didn't like was leaving .
