Room is quite spacious. Location near Sogo Mall. Cleanliness okay. To find the front door , there was an alley we have to go thru, and it wasnt nice.

I have sent email stating that I would check in at around 11, the hotel or system replied with OK. However, I still had to wait till 15o'clock to be able to check in. This is a self checkin hotel. There should be 3 bottles of water in the room, but only 2. No glasses in the room / bathroom, not even plastic ones 🙄
