Risma, our housekeeper (not the Host), was there to received us with a warm smile and the keys. Kudos to Risma, who did a quality job in housekeeping. She is very polite and responsive. Promptly called for maintenance when I informed her that the shower pressure was very weak and ponding at the shower trap. Well done, Risma. Keep it up. About the property There were two rooms. We were given the secondary room and the Master bedroom was locked as the reservation was for one room. What I like: - the space of the entire villa and nice pool - that the AC works - Mattress and pillows are quite comfortable - Stayed 7 nights and there was daily housekeeping except on Galungan - Away from the usual touristy areas yet still conveniently accessible by scooters to the beaches - Private parking space - Wifi is relatively stable - Clean bedsheets which was changed mid-stay

What I didn't like: - the terribly slow response from the host when I used the platform's messaging function, email and the number stated under the Property's site. Had to contact Customer Service to get the host to reply. Only then, the host sent a Whatsapp finally. Sometimes, still selective on responding. - the secondary room we were given was quite minimal - TV, a small table, a cupboard, bed and two side tables. No luggage racks. No safe box to keep our valuables. - very weak shower pressure and the ponding during shower despite two rounds of servicing. Took twice longer just to shampoo my thick long hair. Even the pool shower pressure was stronger, but there's also ponding due to the accumulated sand and dirt by earlier occupants. Drainage is an issue for the toilet and the outdoor shower. - no handheld shower head for lower parts of the body. Install a handheld shower please and clear the drain hole (if the owner decides to renovate) - rusty handrail on shower screen door. Should change it. - Many mosquitoes at the sofa area (as the living and kitchen is open dining concept) - fan is weak leading to poor circulation unless we leave the main door open. Heat comes into the living and dining area from west side, making it unbearable to eat there. Plus point is that the pool gets the sun. - knocking on our door at 2.30 am by inconsiderate and naughty guests of the villa next door (not the fault of the owner or housekeeper)
