Room was clean and comfortable but the location is not suitable for a family room.

Totally unsuitable as a family room as it is located directly above a noisy bar playing loud music. Don't stay here if you want to go to sleep when you choose to.

it was clean and in a good location

the room was too small to allow you to get out of both sides of the double bed or the foot of the bed. Therefore one had to climb over the other in the night and we both had broken sleep.
