Thank You Bungalow

Beautiful bungalow with balcony and a hammock. Great views to the quite street where occassionaly you see locals passing by. Amazing place to relax and chill! The small garden is clean and tidy. The occassiobal chicken passess through the garden😁 Nice sitting tables at the back. Closest warung is in the corner and loads nearby. A few minutes from the beach and a turtle swimming point. Yude the owner is easily accessible by watsapp and helpful.

Its very nice place. simple - but absolutely OK for a stay on Island. Good location, good and comfy sofa. Overal no big issues here and our stay was nice.

- first night the local Cat tried to get in the house for so many times we actualy had hard time to sleep. It helped that we moved furniture from the glass windows next day - so she was not scratching the windows again and we slept well again. no issue. - water is not provided. I asked for water replacement in the barel, and get charget for that, which i wasnt aware its not for free as part of the accomodation. So buyed 20l water barel for 1 last night.. not making to much sense.

It was basic, location was okay, a bit far from mosque, as Gili Meno is a small island, so it’s easy to get around on foot.

It was loud, bathroom is open ceiling, connected to the room next door. Room has no noise canceling, so can easily hear next door and outside noise.

Friendly staff, a great hammock to lounge in, close to some very good little restaurants, a short bike ride to the western side of the island for brilliant snorkeling.

Unfortunately we had a poor experience as we had booked the most expensive room, the larger of the three cabins, as we required the extra facilities & space, yet we were given the smallest budget room on check-in. We brought this issue up with the staff when we had realized the mistake. They apologized yet nothing further was offered or done to rectify this. We noticed that the cabin we were supposed to have was already occupied on our arrival. The toilet in the budget room did not flush properly, extremely uncomfortable as I was also dealing with food poisoning.

Reasonable location

Old, dirty, curtains filthy, bathroom no drainage ond grubby, bed uncomfortable with seriously old sheets and lumpy pillows. No soap.
