Disgusting dump

Host went out of his way to fix any problems and responded to any queries straight away

Was a bit spartan. Could be so much better with some comfortable chairs in the kitchen/ living room. The bedrooms were absolutely fine but just two uncomfortable chairs for three rooms in the shared living room and kitchen didn't make it the relaxing stay I was hoping for. Every time we cooked it set off tge smoke alarm which was irritating, and there was only one fork in the kitchen

The location was good for what we needed, the initial communication was good with a last minute change of property.

This was the original property we had booked and was changed on the day of arrival, we were 5 people and I had booked the original property for everyone to have a bed as we were up early in the morning and had travelled al day the previous day. The property we were sent to only had two bedrooms (1single, 1Double), instructions were not given as to how we were meant to sleep the other guests, we figured out that there was a sofa bed which wasn't very comfortable, and there was no bedding put out but we did find some pillows and duvets upstairs but with no bed linen. A message was sent to the owner to ask about sleeping arrangements in the new property. The kitchen facilities were not very clean with many of the dishes not clean.

Good size, decent beds and pretty well located

Lacking some maintenance and cleaning, but nothing major

AVOID AT ALL COSTS !!!!!

The property was inhabitable. It was dirty, smelly and the neighbours were hostile. There was dirty water and exposed wires at the back door . Rubbish everywhere and at the front door old dirty furniture. The host once I explained that we were unhappy to stay there he led with aggressive messages and called us liars . He has refused the refund our money and we were left stranded with no accommodation. Again AVIOD at all costs .

Very well appointed property

It has a shared rear garden and not the nicest of neighbourhoods.

Good location as visiting University with my daughter Beds were comfortable Space

Couldn’t go outside as we had a baby with us and there were dogs outside Baby had to sleep in our room as single bedroom was downstairs Had to clean toilet and sink in bathroom as not clean and draws near the sink had grease on top of each one when I opened them . There were 5 of us (4 plus baby )and only 2 chairs
