The apartment is very well put, has everything. Very comfortable and cozy.

the outside of the building looks a bit old and sketchy, but is actually just old.

The place is clean and beautifully decorated, very cozy! Since it's a proper apartment there is everything you need for a short or even long stay. There is also a floor heater, which was amazing as the temperature was around 10°C when I stayed. Across the street there is also a GS25 convenience store as well, and the place is a 10 mins walk from Digital Media City. The checkin time is written as 3pm on the website but the property owner told us it is actually 4pm. However they were super helpful and allowed us to come in early for our stay, despite the misunderstanding. For foreigners, you can communicate with the owners in English but they will respond in Korean. You also will have to walk to find the place by yourself since it's inside a small road (search by Naver Map instead of Google Maps)

Good location

1st the agreed price online were not accepted by the house owner. She needs double the money after.confirmation. The apartment looks outside like a damaged building. Bathroom is Katastrophe. Hot water not coming constantly and shower water coming out of the bathroom, makes the kitchen floor wet. Best for 2 people. In hall they put another 2 bed and making it suitable for 4 persons.

The location was great because there was an airport metro line stop near the stay (about a 10-minute walk from the station). Additionally, that metro line connects to many major places, such as Hongdae (Hongik Univ.) and Myeongdong. The area is a local town with fewer tourists and many locals. It was a bit challenging to find the location since it is an old & small apartment, but once you enter the building, it's easy to identify the unit because it is decorated adorably. Inside, the apartment was super clean and cute (like their photos). There were a lot of mosquitoes during my stay because it was mosquito season (not their fault, as Korea generally has a lot of mosquitoes before winter). Other than that, it was an amazing and cozy stay.
