"Overpriced stay with several issues and poor hospitality"

Good things: - Wooden barrel hot tub - Beautiful views of Kazbegi - Blackout curtains on both floors - Some basic cooking ingredients included - Sauna hats and slippers included - Extra bed blankets and pillows included

Not recommended. We hope this will help you to be informed. Very overpriced. We did not feel welcomed. We even wanted to cancel our booking and leave early, but the owner said "it's not my problem, it's your problem", so we had to stay to not lose our money. Here is what we personally experienced in our stay from 09.11.2024 to 13.11.2024: - Very cold inside when we arrived (09.11.2024) - No safe box - No AC - No bidet - No sponge for kitchen - No complimentary drinking water included - No food included at this price range - No card payment available - No daily cleaning - No daily replenishment of toiletries - Water outage for several hours (10.11.2024) - Wi-Fi outage for several hours (11.11.2024) - Bed lights not working - Crib was there for no reason - Cold floor in the bathroom - Sauna was not very warm around 40-50 °C (12.11.2024) - Slow Wi-Fi - Small TV - Uncomfortable bathrobes and slippers - Uncomfortable bed and pillows We personally did not feel safe and secure. We loved everything about the property. The cabin was comfortable and clean, sauna and hot tub was prepared for us every evening, the host was very responsive.

The view and the location are great for family and friends.

The Grocery store is a little far it gets tough to go if you don't have a car. Tip: Do the entire grocery (Eggs, bread, snacks, beer, wine etc) before you arrive, and then just relax and enjoy the place.

We spent 2 amazing nights in this cottage with my friend and son. The managers are so friendly and helpful. We are so happy that we choose this option. We have amazing experiences. Highly recommend!!! Thank you so much for your support and for sure we will come again. It's was wonderful trip.
