Sirogane Free Harbour Hotel

De locatie. Loopafstand van de watervallen en 5 minuten rijden naar Blue Pond. Vriendelijke host. Ondanks dat ik geen diner had gereserveerd kon dit alsnog geregeld worden.

Amazing supportive staff. Despite our late arrival al they waited for accommodation and dinner.

Insensitive was nearby not in the hotel.

Friendly staff, foods is very good.

Хороший выбор, если вам необходимо остановиться у водопада на ночь или две. Завтрак и ужин просто восхитительны, буду помнить их долго!

The small staff were friendly, gracious and helpful at every turn. From the warm welcome, and indeed every time we entered, we were greeted and made to feel part of this boutique family. The free afternoon ice cream and on occasion delicious baked cheesecake were the proverbial icing on the cake ... having our car cleared of snow each morning far more than we would have considered a requirement. The breakfast was Japanese style, and enjoyable. Being westerners, and suffering a little from the change in diet, we politely, requested a small change to toast, croissant and coffee. This request was met without hesitation, something we were very grateful for.

Our double bed had only a king single sized duvet on it. However, the room was beautifully warm, even in very cold temperatures, and it wasn't a problem at all

Could not get hold of the reception nor the owner for over a month despite many attempts through all possible approaches, and ended up paying in full including tax and meals for the missing person...
