Toilets leaking and not flushing properly. Looks like there is a water leak around the house with damp spots on the wall. Breakfast menu needs to improve and food needs to be served warm.

The Villa was in a really great location to restaurants and shops and only a small Gojek ride to anywhere else you needed to go. It was stunning and set out really well with an amazing common area, pool, outdoor sofa/bed and was really comfortable and relaxing to spend the days in. It had a lot of extra amenities for comfort such a cookwear, toiletries and extra towels. The villa manager was really lovely, easy to communicate with and regularly checked in on us, and the cleaning staff were very professional and friendly.

At first glance, the Villa looked stunning! However, when looked at closer, it was definitely run down and in need of a facelift. Our biggest dislike was probably the smell of the toilets. The one in the master ensuite was the best of them, although the bidet smelt like sewage when turned on. The downstairs toilet was the worst and we had to keep the door closed to it 24/7 due to the smell of sewage. We ended up using the shower in the 2nd bedroom’s ensuite as the masters was over a tub and it was just easier. The only other thing to note is that the doors/windows wouldnt seal properly when closing them so mosquitoes would would find their way inside the bedroom

The host was incredibly responsive and helpful. Exceptional service.

The villa has great potential. However the bathrooms were a real disappointment. The downstairs loo was impossible to use owing the the odour which seems to be a result of damp. The upstairs bathroom to the second room had a similar problem. The water temperature was inconsistent. There’s a lot of general wear and tear, with a little tlc this could be a great place to stay.

- Villa need touch-up and renovation (esp. the toilet in ground floor - we didn't use it much) - Sometimes bit noisy during day as several pet dogs in area who bark - Wifi is average and can be upgraded

Sometimes had issues with the shower pressure (hardly any water coming out) and temperature. Was fine most days

Good location - close to a lot of great resto's and cafe's (walking distance) and a short cheap cab ride to main Seminyak staples. Villa and pool were great - although the villa is showing it's age slightly now. Check in was easy - but your cab driver will need to search the property name (Casanaima bali villa) to find it's location in google maps as address provided does not bring up the location.

Area was a bit noisey with barking dogs and windows/doors to upstairs bedrooms/bathrooms didn't seal well, so any outside noise is easily heard.
