"Excellent accommodation for a really enjoyable few days exploring Edinburgh."

Really convenient for walking into Edinburgh and brilliant location for our visit to the Playhouse! Very well equipped with more than enough storage space. Exceptionally clean! Free parking was a big plus.

Living room not very private during the day with curtains open. Very uncomfortable sofa, could do with replacing.

"Relaxing in a home from home environment."

Quiet yet central area. Close to groceries and good local bars/food. Public transport links very good. Very clean and warm. Good range of cooking equipment.

The sofa could do with replacing. The water pressure in the older shower was difficult to adjust to get warm water.
